Gift vouchers
Give someone the session they keep putting off
For the person who's been meaning to get their shoulder looked at since March and still hasn't booked it. A voucher tends to be the nudge.
How it works
Vouchers are for an amount rather than a named treatment, which keeps things simple. My sessions are £55 in Peebles and £60 in Edinburgh, so a £60 voucher covers a session at either one and anything left over stays on the card.
It also means nobody has to work out in advance which clinic they'll get to. The voucher works at both.
You'll get it by email, so there's no waiting on the post. Send it straight on, or print it if you'd rather have something to hand over.
There's no expiry date either. It'll still be good whenever they get round to using it, which is usually longer than they mean it to be.

What they can use it on
Either appointment I offer: remedial and sports massage, or strength and conditioning. They choose the type when they book, and the voucher covers whichever they pick.
If they've never been before, what happens in a first session is worth passing on with the voucher. It's not the quiet, face-down session most people expect.
Redeeming it
They book the appointment as normal through Find me & book, then bring the voucher along and I'll take it off at the end of the session. Nothing to set up beforehand, and no code to type into the booking system.
